The release date will be somewhere this summer. At almost the same time they announced Skyrim on the Xbox 360 will get Kinect support, in the form of voice commands, available now for download (automatic).

This patch updates the textures you see around you in the world, from floors and ground to beds and wooden walls. The patch, overall, makes the game look a lot sharper compared to the old graphics.
